Hi, I was wondering if any of you have tried Paul Delias Max-OT? And if so, what experiences did you have with it? [This message has been edited by Knowledge (edited October 26, 2000).]

i like it too, but i wouldnt recomend it for beginners, it is pretty intense and if your form is not up to par, you will surely injure yourself (ie. rotators), but i guess thats just my opinion, i had to take a week off about every 6-7 weeks when i was on, and yes my diet was in order.

I see there is a lot of people looking into this board. Since I've got only TWO (2) replies on my thread, I assume you're either 1) So arrogant and self-confident that you think any other type of training than what you read in flex and MF is BS, or 2) You just dont bother to write an answer to my question or finally 3) Your a big ass motherfu**er who thinks any newbie is an idiot trying some new approach to training. Please, give me some info if yoy've tried Paul Delias Max-OT. Give me some opinions on his theories. Thanx... |
