Ok, I'm curious as to where you measure your various body parts and how you measure them. Someone take a look at the following and tell me way, please.
Forearm: Leg: Calf: Thanks. By the way, does anyone know of a website or formula for the "ideal" body proportions (i.e. if my arm is X inches big, my legs should be Y inches big). Just for entertainment purposes of course... I know that the only "ideal" proportion is bigger than everybody else. =) -Warik ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

arms, calves, and neck around the same circumference. I have noticed that quads should be about 8-10 inches bigger than calves. ex. arnold: 291/2in quads, 191/2"calves. Victor Richards 37" quads 24" calves, me: 27" quads 17" calves etc. etc. always measure while pumped AND flexed. measure around the LARGEST CIRCUMFERENCE. on quads: yep right up near the ass, chest is always a lat spread pose right under the arm pits. so yep do the coleman impersonation. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
