Ok, I'm curious as to where you measure your various body parts and how you measure them. Someone take a look at the following and tell me way, please.

Chest:
Is this just my chest with my arms down by my sides or with me doing my best Ronnie Coleman lat spread impersonation?

Forearm:
Flexed or not flexed? Where on the forearm?

Leg:
The measurement of my leg ranges anywhere from like 20" near my knees to 24 or 25" up where my leg meets my ass... where does the measuring tape go? Am I flexing here or just standing with my leg relaxed?

Calf:
Flexed or not flexed? Where on the calf? At the greatest circumference?

Thanks. By the way, does anyone know of a website or formula for the "ideal" body proportions (i.e. if my arm is X inches big, my legs should be Y inches big). Just for entertainment purposes of course... I know that the only "ideal" proportion is bigger than everybody else. =)

arms, calves, and neck around the same circumference. I have noticed that quads should be about 8-10 inches bigger than calves. ex. arnold: 291/2in quads, 191/2"calves. Victor Richards 37" quads 24" calves, me: 27" quads 17" calves etc. etc.

always measure while pumped AND flexed. measure around the LARGEST CIRCUMFERENCE. on quads: yep right up near the ass, chest is always a lat spread pose right under the arm pits. so yep do the coleman impersonation.
