How do you keep from your forearms becoming really tired while doing bicep workouts?

To answer your question in a couple of words, you can't.

It's impossible to isolate your biceps from your forearms, they both work hand and hand. The only thing you can do is not flex the forearm so much when doing a bicep curl. When curling, keep your wrist straight, don't flex it. You will have to go down in weight because you will have less suport from not flexing your wrist but that's the best way I know of, good luck.
