Hey what is a normal recovery time? Is it longer for someone starting out? Also what would be normal gains in any muscle? thanks

72hours on most muscle groups
beginners can train a little more often like every 48hrs just my opinion beginners should train 3-days a week mon-wed- fri on a routine using mostly compound excercises

When I first started to lift, I workedout every other day. Now I work 1 bodypart a week and I'm seeing much better gains.
