i spend about 2 hours on jus weight training about 20 different exercises 3 sets each.. AM I OVERTRAINING?

we cant tell you if you are over trained but i think if you are not overtrained you will be soon keep your workout sessions under a hour and it will pretty much handle its self
dont workout more than 2-days in a row with out a day off

NAH BRO - YOUR GOOD. IN FACT I WOULD UP YOUR TRAINING ANOTHER HOUR AND DO ALL EXERCISES 4 SETS EACH TAKING EVERY ONE TO FAILURE.
