My current chest routine has been giving me good results but I think its time to alter it just a bit becuase I think my body is becoming too familiar with the same old thing. Right now I am staying within 6-10 reps. 6 reps for 3 weeks then 8 then 10 then add weight etc. Here is what my routine currently looks like, please simplify it and give me something that will shock my chest into growing more. Dumbell chest press 2 sets of 8 (currently) Incline dumbell press 2 sets of 8 Pec deck fly machine 2 to 3 sets of 8 Assisted dips on machine 2 to 3 sets of 8 ------------------

I work chest and tri's together: 1. Bench x 5 Use heaviest weight for last three sets on flat and incline and I alternate back and forth - barbell one week dumbells the next.

I just started doing dips where you keep your legs down, chin down, and flare your elbows out instead of back and I have been getting some positive results. I read it from a Vince Gironda article in MuscleMag Int. I think.

forget the pec deck's and do flat bench dumbell flye's or flat dumbell press. It's time to add about 1-2 sets of cables too.
