Here's a suggested routine to try. Squats 3 x 15 (Not Heavy) I believe this may help your lower back and butt. Don't go to failure on any of these movements. I believe you're just trying to tone your ass and condition your back, am I right? Use a weight that is 60-80% of your 1RM. Good luck. I recommend that you throw in a good abominal routine.
