Hey guys.....Im new at weight lifting and Im overwhelmed at all the information out there. All I want is to put on a little mass to bulk up a little and shuck some weight. I have heard so many ways to lift and I was wondering what is the best way to go about it. Heavy weight low reps.....and so on....any suggestions? Please help...rd

squat 2x10
benchpress 2x10
bentover row 2x10
press 2x10
curls 2x10
short and sweet add 5-10lbs aweek

maybe give this a whirl:
monday-chest/triceps
incline bench, decline bench, cables, flys, flat dumbell bench, close grips, tri push downs

wednesday-back/biceps
deadlifts,bent over rows,lat pull dows,pullovers,straight bar curls, hammer curls,incline dumbell curls, wrist curls(front and reverse)

friday-shoulders/legs
military press, upright rows,arnold press, shrugs,neck extesnsions, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calfs

keep protein high, carbs low, drink 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a multi vitamin
add some glutamine in your protein shakes
this is what i started out with when i was a newbie, and i skyrocketed my flat bench using this program along with strength and endurance
