Hey guys.....Im new at weight lifting and Im overwhelmed at all the information out there. All I want is to put on a little mass to bulk up a little and shuck some weight. maybe give this a whirl: monday-chest/triceps incline bench, decline bench, cables, flys, flat dumbell bench, close grips, tri push downs wednesday-back/biceps friday-shoulders/legs keep protein high, carbs low, drink 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a multi vitamin ![]() ![]() ![]() |
