I am a student, and would like a training programme for two/three days max. I also canoe and would like the training to help with that. I would also like to look good as well.

Try this...Its based on 7 days 3 working days and two working rest days


Day1 Chest--Back
Day2 rest
Day3 Legs
Day4 Rest(abbs)
Day5 Delts-tris-bi
Day6 rest (abbs)
Day7 rest

try this routine,
monday-wednesday-friday
squats 2x10reps
stiffleg deadlift 2x10reps
benchpress 2x10reps
chins 2x max reps
military press 2x10reps
dips 2x max reps
barbell curls 2x10reps

[1] do one or two warmup sets
[2]when you get 10reps on both sets move up 5-10lbs
