Due to work and study commitments, my time in the gym has to be cut down to two days a week for the next three months. Can anyone suggest a workout to fit in with this. I play sqaush once a week as well. Should I concentrate on heavy power movements and take advantage of long recovery time between workouts?

I've always done at least 3 days a week, but I have heard good things about the push-pull routine. One day you push (bench press, behind neck press, squat, etc.) the other day you pull (rowing, curls, flys, etc.) I don't know a heck of a lot about it, but there is a lot more info out there. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
