i've been of the gear for about 2 months and i only lost like 5 lbs., now im changing my workout schedule for personal reasons, do you guys think this is a good schedule to mainatin myself.

Mon - Chest and Tris
Tue - Cardio (60minutes) ans included
Wed - Backa and Bis
Thu - Cardio (60 minutes) abs included
Fri - Shoulders and legs
Sat - off
Sun - off

i used to work out 1 body part a day while on the gear, but i used to life like a madman, now i just turned it down a notch until i get back on. is this schedule good?

nothing wrong with that. the main thing is to feel the muscle working while in between cycles. alot of people when they get off gear still try to lift the same weight, and all they end up doing is using momentum and bad form because there is no way they can keep up with the same poundages as when they were on, but they cant accept that. if u accept that, and still stay in the 6-12 range and concentrate on the feel, youll be fine.
