I have never juiced before but I think that I naturally produce too much estrogen is there anything that I can take that is not prescription to block estrogen. My arms and everything else are really big but my chest is just weak and doesn,t have that round shape to it

For me its been a hard long road. My chest has been very slow to grow. It has taken a lot of effort. Its not a muscle group like your abs or your legs that you use everyday. How long have you been training and how old are you?

chest has been a harder muscle for me to stimulate growth. But It's way better than it was 6months ago. My best advice is to use movement that you are the strongest at as a first exercise. and if the outside chest is not rounded in, it will be in time. Craig Titus has that problem. look at pics of him. I would do a lot of dumbell work (mostly presses, incline and flat.) and flye's to finish. don't waste time with pec deck or machine flye's

Yes, there is non-prescription Estrogen blockers. I used one called Di-Indolin one time when I decided to waste my money on Andro and did not want any gyno effects from it. There are also a couple more on the market, but nowhere near as good as prescription. Just keep working hard, your chest will come along. ------------------

Thanx for all of your replies I appreciate it. I just turned 21 and I have always played football(middle Linebacker of course) so I have always had to work out but I just feel like I will never have that rounded outside of the chest. I guess it missed me ginetically because I know guys who haven't lifted a weight in their life but have a perfectly rounded chest. Is there a chance that my chest will never be sculpted around the upper outside and bottom. Thanx

Your young yet - way young. Shit I'm 32 and forcing my chest along. You will fill out alot in the next couple years and I think that you could have a great impact on how chest comes along. Some people are lucky. I'm not one but hard work is winning out. Good luck

I had a problem getting my chest big. The problem was using the straight bar. Although my chest got strong I had no shape. I went from pressing 225 for 8 reps to 225 for 20 reps and 315 for 5. Keep in mind I have never used the sauce. One day My friend(a bodybuilder) had me do some incline dumbell work. With the straight bar I was cranking out 225 for 10 on the incline. When I did dumbells I could barely get out 5 reps with the 100's and I looked like I was goin thru crack withdrawl in regard to my form. However over time my second and third tier muscles got stronger and today I can press the 100's for 12 reps without breaking a sweat. The best part is that my chest looks better than it ever did in my entire life. My chest got shredded and full. I also do a shit load of incline flyes. Bodybuilding is all about illusions bro. yeah im not pressing 500 lbs but my chest sure as hell looks it. we are bodysculpters not power lifters.
