I see a lot of people here do a fly movement first and then a compound movement to fatige the chest and make it grow. Here is my question: How long do u have to wait after doing 1 set of flys to do the 1 set of a compound pressing movement? 2) how many reps for the 1st set of flys and then the following pressing movement? 3) what type of weight should be used in both movements separately? 4) How many sets before moving on to the next set of flys and compound movments? SOMEONE GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE..PLEASE!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't do it for the SOLE reason of pre-fatigue the muscle. My front delts are made of steel and they do all the work in pressing moves. ex. I do 3 sets of decline flyes FIRST exercise. dumbells of couse and reps then I go to incline DB press. etc. etc. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
