There are a few things I would like to point out. Why train shoulders before chest? Your deltoids also play a part in bench pressing. If you bench while your shoulders aren't fully recovered, it'll be harder to bench and you'll be overtraining your shoulders. Try this split. Monday- Chest, Shoulders, Tris Wednesday- Back, Bis Friday- Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Abs ------------------ -HB- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
