I have reached my goal in size. I am only 19 and i have reached the weight i want. Now it's time to cut up...but i know how to do that already. ------- What i want to know is what is a good rep sheme for SHAPING MUSCLE? I will get the fat loss i need from my diet and my upcoming cycle of winny/decca. My primary goal is to shape......any tips and experiences appreciated. Peace | ||

it is impossible to change the genetically pre determined shape of your muscles. all you can do is make them bigger (or smaller). don't waste your time on so called "shaping" exercises. ------------------ | ||

okay, what i mean about muscle shaping is really......MUSCLE SEPARATION, thats it! better wording i guess. I didn't mean to change the actuall shape of the muscle. | ||

oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I don't believe in shaping. Isolation and bettering symmetry can def. be done. best ex. are the rear delts, they need a specific exercise to be par with the front delts. Tell me what part of muscle separation your having trouble with. High reps are NOT the answer: change in exercises and or # of sets IS. | ||

Muscle separation = low bodyfat. Its that simple. I dont think there is anything you can do to make seperate groups stand out from one another other than get lean. I know it is horrendously dull, and you probably want some "secret of the pros" bullshit, but thats life. Get lean and there you go. If you dont like what you see, get back to putting on size where you need it and then in a year or so get lean again and check it out. Cheers, G. | ||
