I found it on musclemedia.com I think it's a decent program if you're bench is lagging behind you're legs and/or back. But it's not a balanced workout at all.

I've done it three times. The first time I did it was three years ago. I had only been training for 6 months. My bench went from 185 to 215. I tried it again about a year later, and my bench went from 215 to 225. Then I tried it again last year, and my bench went from 225 to 235.

It seems to work pretty well. Especially the first time you do it. I have very long arms, so you will probably notice more gains than I did. It's not a miracle, but it helps you focus on one muscle group. Give it a try and tell us how it works.

Scott

I have done it, but you have to have a partner. I was doing well until like the 5th week then I couldn't keep up. Seems like it would work better on juice. I made good gains though, sucks working your chest twice a week.

I've done it a bunch of times....it always helps you get past a sticking point. You'll never add the 50lbs unless you're on juice or you're a total beginner, but it still is a help. It starts out so easy that it's pathetic, but by the 9th workout or so I can never do the weight without a spot, so I usually stop and take the 20lbs I added...I HATE having my spotter so much as touch the bar. The best results I ever got off it were after a football season where I had just been training for maintinance...I came back and maxed 375 and started a d-bol/sust cycle...and I finished the program and got 430....so, unless you're on something or just starting out, don't expect anything dramatic or you'll be disappointed.
