Anyone with same problem please help.
I have big ass arms big legs back and everything but I can't get the side and bottom off my chest big at all. What exercises and or supplements could I do? Someone told me that you take the preventitive for bitch tits and it does the job. I am not on the juice but they said it does the opposite of giving you bitch tits. I am new here so I appreciate your time and help.

i have went up 30 pounds on my flat bench by actually disregarding flat bench from my chest workout for a while, try doing incline bench,incline dumbell press, flat dumbell press,flat flys ,incline flys, cable crossovers,some decline bench,i go very heavy on deadlifts and squats also cause this will make you overall stronger not just on legs n back but it will build everything
