Yeah i know this problem has been discussed many of times, but i still have a few questions. My left pec is larger than the right, due to a stronger right tri( i know its not genetic). I wanna get them evened out as fast as possible, so should i completely neglect the left one? By using only right handed dumbell presses and flyz? I understand that would make my right tri even stronger than my left, but i could easily even that out with a separate tri routine. Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i have the same exact problem ![]() what i did for a while is when im benching with the bb i hold the bar off centre in favour of my smaller pec, and on dumbells i go deeper and stretch more with the smaller pec, doing this will even those pecs out alot, it will take a while but it is better then working just one and not letting the other on grow. hope this helps a little ![]() ![]() ![]()
