I recommend looking at site www.cyberpump.com it has all sorts of information on HIT and nutrition. Check it out and get back to me. Good luck bro. ------------------ -HB-

True that site is real good for info but can also be quite confusing. but in the mean time. A push/pull/legs always seems to be a great choice to use. do 2 exercises 1 heavy sets for each body part. You can then tailor it to your own needs where you see fit. Keep reps at around 6-10.

Steel: What kind of exercises do you do for the push day, what kind for the pull day? I'm looking for a good mass routine. The site is kinda hard for me to understand, but is good none-the-less.

Go here. HIT put up a good routine. Exept I dont superset right now. Just reverse the exercises do compound first than isolation. Or do superset if you want. http://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/Forum8/HTML/000827.html

This is my routine that i got off cyber pump it has been working pretty good it makes it easy for me to increase the weight from week to week and fit in cardio after my workout which i could never do when i wasnt doing hit training. ive seen a change after two weeks doing hit muscles are a lot more solid and getting a great pump with each work out. now i got to get my diet in check wich is going to be hard but i got to do it. Squat/Leg press or Deadlifts

quote: IVE BEEN DOING IT FOR THREE WEEKS I HAVE EXPERIENCED STRENGTH AND MUSCLE SIZE HAS INCREASED BUT I AM STILL ADJUSTING TO THIS TYPE OF WORK OUT MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY THE FIRST COUPLE OF WORK OUTS WILL ACTUALLY DETERMINE THE WEIGHT YOU WILL WORK WITH AND I ALWAYS EITHER INCREASE IT ON THE NEXT WORK OUT OR I GO FOR MORE REPS

I tried a HIT program made great srength gains but only a lb or two for size. Is it mostly for power lifting? Of course the stronger you get the bigger you will get. But You can get a lot big with out strength faster in my experience. I'm not thrashing anyone just not to familiar with the HIT program I guess. I guess I'm just curious about the gains of those on it becuase I know people stronger then they look. Then there are those that are big and don't lift that much weight. There is a difference in size and strength training. ------------------ |
