I'm goin over a year now getting into bodybuilding and so far I'm getting good results. I do seem to have a problem that I've been checking my mesurements and for the past two months and a and noticed I've stopped gaining muscle mass. I been eating more protine, doing more reps and adding weight to my workout and nothing is happining. Any tips or comments?

okay, look there are about a million threads about GAINING MASS in the archives, why don't you hit the search button... it's getting repetitive to see the same questions every time a new guy posts. read, find, then ask if you're hopeless. ------------------ "because I'm a genius" Sakuragi "muscle failure... and one more." Some guy "BITCH! You can't do this to me!" Silvio

Adding more reps!! That is a no....adding more reps only build muscular endurance. You need to stay in the 5-8 rep range. Also, redo your entire routine with all new exercises to shock the muscles.
