Why does everyone work chest everytime they go to the gym and if its not that its arms. All these little wimpy ass teens are constantly benchpressing. bump this if you squat and deadlift heavy.

I used to hate to do chest since it was my weakest bodypart. I loved doing squats though. Now that I've concentrated on it more and made decent gains in size and strength I kinda like it. I'm into powerlifting so I love the "Big 3". But I know what you mean about all those pencil necks in the gym only doing chest and arms-every f'n day their in the gym. Mon-Thursday (since they take Friday off to go out and take the weekends off as well).

If you train your chest daily, you will definetly overtrain. You need to allow your muscles to recover so you can hit it hard again. When you overtrain you WILL stop gaining strength. Overtraining is like this: Compare it to an earthquake. Work your muscles hard and they get torn down. Give them protein and time and they begin to repair themselves. If you start cleaning up the mess from the earthquake and then have another one the next day, you have an even bigger mess. Take at least 2 days off in a row if you want to make gains. Then hit it hard again. There are plenty of other body parts that need working also; and don't forget cardio to stay lean.
By the way, I love how my chest looks after training hard too.

I train my chest at least 5 times a week for about three hours at a time with only bench! That what my 16 y/o training partner says will get me really HUGE!!!!!!!!

well my fav is legs then back then chest for least interesting. bis with back tris with chest. I do delts with chest and traps with legs since I love to deadlift and they get worked.

I don't know why anyone thinks girls care about legs. Unless the girl is a "gym girl" who trains she can care less about legs- all she'll look at are bi's, chest and stomach.

And yes, I do train legs I dislocated my left knee twice so I cant squat heavy but I do what I can and do it until I can't walk. Calves did grow at first but havent grown in a while...grrrrrrr...quads seem to be developing as of late

The douche bags who only train chest and arms are only interested in doing their beach workout and impressing some slut, they don't care about being strong, flexible, and athletic, they only care about the mirror, and most of them have a weak ass bench press anyway...As for the kids who do this, I just think that they don't know any better for the most part.

FlexRich here, I definitely love to workout my chest. I get that pump which lasts all day. One of my favorite parts to train besides the gunz. Flexing always.

my favorite exercise by far is dips. i look forward to them every chest/tri workout. sure i like to work chest, who doesn't...but i also love squatting and deadlifting. i'd say it's a tie between the big three(behind dips) because they all do so much in just one movement. my least favorite exercise is doing cable rows on back day...for some reason i can't stand doing them but i do anyways.

Being honest, chest is probably my least favorite body part to work. I'd take a back workout anyday. I just love doing bodyweight pull-ups as many as possible, then strapping some weight to myself and doing as many possible. Couple that with bent-over dumbbell rows and other rowing movements, it's fun to do. Second, I would choose biceps, it's fun
