In the Squats, which position puts more stress on the knees? The wide stance or a narrow stance?

Narrow is more stressful if your knees goes past the tips of your toes.. thats a big no-no

The most dangerous thing you can do when squatting is lift your heels off the ground, that kills your knees no matter how you stand. For maximum protection stand wider and come up back on your heels. Also, when you go down make sure your ass falls back, not your knees forward.

Big-T....THANK YOU!!!!

I was doing some squats and lifting my heels off the ground to put more stress on the calves but I guess that was a bad idea. Good thing you posted that!
