the one by twin labs. I pulled my shoulder out of socket, I need help on healing quicker. any suggestions

Joint fuel is just an expensive combination of the usual glucosamine, chondroitin and vitamin C, you will be better of with just buying Glucosamine/Chondroitin together, GNC's brand is solid and cheap.
And no it wont help your shoulder injury , only time off and avoiding exercises that made it the way it is will.

I saw some glucosomine sulfate at Target the other day: 750mg 60pills $8.99 that's the cheapest I've seen.
