First of all i will say that i've read tons of posts and have never even presented a question b/c i didn't want to look like an ass and immediately lose all respect..I've learned tons of info. from most of you and i thank you all...I'm 5 ft. 8 in. an about 145 and want to get back into the gym again..i haven't lifted seriously since high school and that's been like 3 years..My goal is to gain as much muscle mass as possible but staying lean too..I have a hard time consuming lots of food when i take adderal(for ADD) and lose appetite on occassion. I think i'm going to get some size powder and penta pro w/ carbs..these formulas have the most amount of carbs they sell. correct me if i'm wrong but your body eats up carbs before protein right..i need to cut my body fat and i was thinking i should take some Taraxatone to see where i stand.

i only take the adderal when i feel sleepy at work and need to get going otherwise i don't take it at all..anyone know of any unusual side affects with adderal and lipo or any other supplements out there. I take the adderal in the morning and afternoon and then would take the lipo at night before lifting.. Also any suggestions of how any of you got away from the junk food and cravings or anything else that would be helpful...thanks

EXcalibure, My wife takes adderal, it is basically a form of Speed as you probably know. I would think that you don't need to take the lipokenticks. I just started a combo of ECA/LIPo/Adipo and I can barely sleep sometimes.

As for the junk food man that is all will power there. Go for a couple of weeks @ 2-3 days on just protien based foods such as eggs, chicken, steak and then increase that to 4-5 days. I used this pattern to develope my current pattern of 5 days of nothing but protein foods and two days of high carbs, usually pastas and you give yourself one day a week or everyother week as a cheat day and pig out on something you like but know is fucked up, like Burger King, or something!

Don't take taraxatone for fat loss.
It is a definition formula that you have to already have low bf for it to work.
