Has anyone tried Z-Mass PM by Cytodyne Technologies? It says it increases testoserone levels. Any success?

Well...I'm takin' it, curious to know if this natural sh*t has any f*ckin' merit whatsoever...starting my first cycle in a month, after which I have a feeling I won't waste any more money on supplements! Just my 2 cents, didn't really answer the queston directly, but you catch my drift...drop me an e-mail bro, I'll try to give you some advice on some stuff...

havnt tried it but from what ive read it aint worth it
i cant believe they got the nerve to charge that much for zinc and magnesium
anything for a buck i guess

It worked well for me, but I would definetely rather spend my money on real stuff. I'm fed up with the natural scene myself.

The only thing that it did for me was it made me sleep a little better, other than that I wouldn't waste your hard earned cash!!!

Guys it does work, and what you are all saying is right. NO supplement is going to give you steroid like effects. Zinc has been shown to be effective at keeping testosterone levels up. Also the better sleep that someone had mentioned is from the magnesium. But more restful sleep will have an effect on your muscle gains. I supplement with Zinc and Magnesium, I just don't waste my money on a simple product like Zmass. Just buy some Zinc and Magnesium seperately, plus don't take anything with calcium around bed, which is when they recommend taking Zinc and Mag.

How much zinc and how much mag. When is the best time to take them. Are they as effective as creatine? Right now I'm on week two of Met-Rx Mass Action Creatine with HMB and TMG?
