hi, i wanted to know if chysin would help me lose some water weight? well cause i have read in more then one place that obese men can have a higher estrogen then healthy men, i have my diet in order,my cardio im getting into ,and my training i starting new so i was just looking for something for the "boost" that might help .well cause i carry alot of watert weight,like my weight can change from 3-5 pounds per day just cause of if i didnt drink anlot of water or i had extra salt. please help me out with this question...ohh by the way i already have the bottle cause i cousin gave it to me,its prolabs.     | ||

Chrysin is only good as an antiestropgen, and not even a good one. If you want to drop water weight keep sodium low, and water high. If you need to drop some water then take a diuretic such as dandelion root. Don't take it too often or your body will become dependant upon it and start holding even more water. ------------------  |
