has anyone tried the gh sport by muscle link or any of the other amino acid secretagouges? would love to know if any work for increasing size?

i have never taken GH but from what i was told 95% of the ingredients don't work, usually it's only a couple of the ingredients that work.

Thats not entirely true. Arginine is also useful part of those products. But other that Arginine and Glutamine they don't put much in those things that help at all. The other reason why its better to buy those supplements seperately, besides the fact that it is cost effective, is because they never put adequate amounts in them to make much of a difference. Glutamine should be in the 15g a day range, and Arginine should be about 5g a day (I think). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
