i am thinking of taking creatine and ripped fuel at the same time. is this a good idea? or should i take them at seperate times? what would work best?

from what I underdstand, Ripped Fuel, being as it has caffeine, with inhibit proper absorption of the creatine.....so, it won't hurt you, but, you won't egt the full effects from the creatine

im busting my cherry posting here....the massive diuretic effects of the ripped fuel will prevent you from enjoying the "water-loading" effects of the creatine....

You're right on the money. Supplement companies say you can use the two at the same time, but PLEASE, we all know why they are say that.
