What's up bros? Does anyone know what supplements I can take to help recover faster from soreness? All I take is a protein shake after workouts. | ||

Eat carbs after your workout, like oatmeal or something easy to eat. Make sure you drink alot of water. Glutamine may help, take 2 grams before you workout and 5 grams after you workout, may help. If you get too sore. adjust your training, at that point the only "supplement" that will help are steriods. [This message has been edited by Valdez (edited August 28, 2000).] | ||

VALDEZ IS RIGHT,TAKE YOUR PROTEIN WITH SIMPLE CARB,HOWEVER TAKE "AS" AFTER 2YRS OF CONSISTENCE TRAINING & ONLY IF YOU'VE HIT THE WALL,BUT BE SPARRING WITH 'AS' MIGHT HURT IN THE LONG RUN.......STAY HEALTHY. |
