Is there anyone out there that has joint pain (knee,elbow,shoulder, etc), and has or is using the supplement glucosamine/chondroitin? My question is does it works and if it does do you have to continue to use it after you even feel ok? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm using it. It has really helped my elbows, but not my knees. I recommend it. It will take about 2 months to start noticing a difference though. When you go off, you problems may get worse, they may not. It depends on your training. Hope this helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have used this, and I think it does work, but if you have a legitimate injury, nothing is really going to help. Many teams in the NFL use this product and I think its worth a try for you. Naprosyn is much faster acting, though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Been on it for 3 months and my elbows are much better. You'll need to take it for 2 months to really notice a difference. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
