I feel everyone should use it. It will speed up recovery, and in powder form, is cheap, so how can you go wrong? Glutamine peptides are the best form. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with Gethuge, Glutamine is just as important as protein, especially when u come off ur cycle. stack it with creatine and ur set. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You may not notice a huge difference while on it, but go off it for a while and you will. I'm much more sore without it. Also, good point stated above. Use 20-30 grams a day when coming off cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
