I'm a heavy coffee drinker and am rather worried that caffeine might have a counter-effect with my creatine loading. I heard somewhere that caffeine being a weak diuretic affects muscle hydration. Am I unduly worried? ![]() ![]() ![]()

U can drink a lot of water to compensate the water u pee out. This way u can use the ergogenic properties of caffeine and creatine. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Guy's I feel that creatine only gave a sense of strength(placebo effect) & the size gain's only temporary & comes mostly from water retention (those with high blood pressure beware)& salt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The "sense of strength" is not a placebo effect. The water weight gain within your tissues improves the cells' ability to function (its energizing which improves strength and endurance). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
