DNP is a pain in the ass to get, and im allergic to it. Im thinking of getting lipokenetics, but i have heard that UA will fuck up your cell structure and chromosomes. Anyone know where i can find unbiased info in its action on the cellular level and body as a whole? P.S. Ive read the T-mag article already. | ||

To my knowledge, there is no research done of the use of usnic acid for the purpose of weight reduction. However, if you want to look for yourself at the research you can also keep in mind that usnic acid is also called sodium usniate. That might open more doors to the info. Although I've done many searches on this substance, I haven't really made my mind up about its safety. However, by comparison, I think it is much safer than DNP. One thing that might be done to offset the damage that usnic acid might do to the cell structures responsible for carrying out oxidative phosphorylation is to be sure and supplement properly following a cycle with lipokinetix. The supps you might think about taking following a cycle of usnic acid are: CoQ10, superoxide dismutase and dandelion. These supplements should help get rid of any toxic accumulations of this stuff. Besides, these are good to take anyway.

You could also e-mail the company Syntrax at their web site. I'm sure they'll give you information. They may even have an article about it on their web site, I'm not sure. |
