Ok guys, did my rsearch, but got differing opiniums. As the topic says, what is the sequence of things to maximize insulin utilization? I know post workout, but if I want to add a slin boost in the pm , here is my idea:
3:30pm 200mcg chromium, 400mg niacin, 100mg alpha lipoic acid
4:00pm 50g dextrose
4:30pm 60g whey, 5g creatine

What do you guys think, right sequence? Please give me some feed back.

I would say at 4:00pm to take the Dextrose and Creatine together and then the protein at 4:30. Actually today I am starting the same basic thing exept my times are 1:00 Dextrose and Creatine and 1:30 50g of protein with a few carbs. We'll have to see how it goes.

Take the dextrose,creatine, and insulin potentiators at the same time, then 30-45 min. later, have the protein.

doesn't creatine need the highest peak of my insulin secration, which should occure 30-60 min after my dextrose, also i have heard so many sides wether to take creatine and protein together or not.

Don't take creatine and protein together, they'll compete for absorbtion, reducing the effects of both.

how about that:
3:00 50g dextrose
3:30 protein, creatine, insulin supp's

why?
nothing should stand in the way of insulin creation, then when insulin is high (30 min later) use it to shuttle the protein & creatine.Insulin potentiators shall be added now to support and help slin do its job. That sounds logical to me, what do you think?

i would take the niacin before workout
middle of workout or right after take ALA with the dextrose and creatine.
Half an hour after that take the protein and chromium... or u can just forget the chromium... doesn't do much as far as i've read. and the niacin either, you have to take it on empty stomach, and works better before a work out.

I think it was Will Brink that said you should drink juice 20 minutes after taking the creatine, since creatine digests slower than sugar.
