i tried flax oil for the first time today and it tastes like a** is there any thing i can do or put it in to mask the taste. has any one tried hemp oil? is it that good for gaining lbm?     | ||

Try mixing it a protein shake. I have also used it in salad dressing mixture. The taste does take getting use to but after a while it will not be that bad. ------------------ | ||

FLAX OIL TASTES LIKE ASS...and there aint nothin you can do about it, just put it in the shake, or slug down a tablespoon and chase it with a shake...but its gonna taste like ass no matter what you do. after i slug down a spoonful, my stomach always feels all heavy and weighted from all that oil too, but its good shit!! ------------------ | ||

yes flax oil is kinda s****y tasting, hemp oil is much better tasting and has a better efa ratio and will also help with lbm this web site www.omegaflo.com has a good hemp & other efa products. | ||

Not sure about the nutritional quality of hemp oil as I like flax, but if you are subject to drug testing, don't use hemp oil. You will show positive for THC if you use enough of the oil. Just a friendly warning. | ||

luv2lift, hemp seed oil, is naturally natures best source of a balanced efa oil,it tastes better than flax, and if you can get the organic type it's actually better for your body due to all the omega-3,6 & 9 fatty acids it contains, also it won't register a false positive on a drug test because what registers a false positive is the THC in cannabis and the thc has been removed from the seeds prior to it being bottled for sale. | ||

my flax oil tastes pretty damn good if i mix it with myoplex.i use spectrum refrigerated flax oil.maybe you re using a shitty brand. s()(..)/'' ..)e/''k |
