Hi!
I�ve bought one bottle of Biotest Tribex 500 and I�ve also made my own zink/magnesium-"stack".
I need advise when to take the Tribex 500 and when to take the ZMA.

Tribex take 2x a day w/meals. Take the zma 1 hour to 30 min before bed on an empty stomach. (don't eat 2 hours before using)
