Hey All, I'm taking ripped fuel to lower body fat.. but I have a few questions: 1. Are there negative effects with this supplement? If so can I take vitamins to counteract them? 2. Does it build a dependency? 3. What's the reccomended dosage for max fat burning? ( I take 2 before morning run, 2 before lunch, 2 before dinner, usually. ) 4. When should I start to see results? 5. Will it weaken my muscles or organs (IE heart, kidneys)? 6. When should I stop taking it, or take a break from it? (I'm 17) If you guys have any info on these questions, or anything else I should know, or any sources for information about Ripped Fuel, please post them. Try the twinlab website to get product info and answers to your questions. Ripped Fuel is weaker than other thermogenics I've found. There are much better ones available. Your body will develop a tolerance to ephedrine and caffeine so you should cycle off for a week or so every 3 weeks. Vitamins will not counteract the side effects. If you don't want sides, don't use the product. I hope you're doing lots of cardio and watching your diet in addition to the Ripped Fuel to get any results?! Hope that helps a little. | ||

It won't weaken your heart, but if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, it may aggravate existing conditions and cause heart palpitations. Please be sure it's legal to possess ephedrine where you are (assuming your in US, some states its banned.) Use caution when using these products. Listen to your body. If you experience bad side effects, stop using the product as nothing will stop side effects. | ||

Yeah, I'm doing cardio - a morning run. So pretty much your advice is to take the reccommended dosage 2 wks on, 2 off, and watch out for side FX? | ||

I also wanted to to know if there are other thermogenics that don't contain the caffeine or Mu Haung? My doctor recommended I get off of the Hyrdroxy Ripped due to lumps in breast which are caused by excessive caffeine. Any suggestions? | ||

FlexRich here Big Pun so listen up, So you want to know aboout Ripped Fuel well 1. It's a thermogenic intensifier (Fat Burner) Don't mean to trash your supplement but Ripped Fuel is kind of out dated there are way better supplements in the market right now that are about three times as potent as Ripped Fuel. Ever consider doing your own ECA stack? Thermadrene, Dymetadrine Extreme are some of the more potent thermogenic intensifier out there. Oh did I forget one thing, buy lots of bath tissue because you will be getting the runs. Flex on this for a while and do it you won't regret it. | ||

I have tried them all, got the best results personally from using this stack in its induvidual form. example....2 ephedrine hcl 1 viverin 2 aspirin 3 times a day worked great for me and cheaper than ripped fuel or hydroxycut >>>>BURN<<<< | ||

Best one for me is Vasopro ( 25 mg. ephedrine 200 mg. guaifenesin. ) Kaizen caffeine ( 200 mg. ) Bayer ( 325 mg. aspirin ).. one of each in the morning .. one of each at lunch .. two Vasopros .. one caffeine .. one aspirin about one halfhour before an late afternoon workout. If you get the jitters try taking less caffeine first then as a last resort take less ephedrine .. two to three weeks on one week off. I feel its a better combo than ripped fuel and cheapest. | ||

you got it iron, ive tried the new herbal stuff, its ok but it tends to upset my stomach to much and it works to slow because of no hcl. >>>>BURN<<<< |
