i am looking into taking glutamine..which one do i want Lglutamine or regular glutamine..do i take pill or powder...i dont know much anout glutamine so if anyone can help me out that would be great..

actually you want glutamine peptides, two companie sell these at the best prices one is www.dpsnutrition.com they carry peptides by sports one. and also the www.kilosports.com they also carry the peptide, powder form is way cheaper than capsules so go with powder.
