O.k. here goes, I wanted some expert opinion on how much creatine to take for maintenance. My height is 5'7", 220lb. and 11%BF (I am working on getting it down to 8 or 9%) I just finished my loading stage and know I am on my maintenance. I need expert advice. I already see a difference in my chest and arms. But I want a leaner and bigger look. Thanks for your time. Flex on this. IP: Logged |

I WENT THROUGH A LOADING PHASE OF 15 GRAMS A DAY FOR 1 WEEK AND THEN DID THE MAINTANANCE AT 5 TO 7 GRAMS A DAY AND HAD GREAT RESULTS BUT I BLEW UP LIKE A FISH, I WAS CARRYING ALOT OF WATER WEIGHT. I HAVE HEARED OF PEOPLE TAKING 15 GRAMS A DAY FOR MAINTANANCE BUT I DID NOT NEED TO BECAUSE I RESPOND WELL TO IT. IF YOU RESPOND WELL TO IT I DON'T THINK YOU NEED ANY MORE THAN 7 GRAMS A DAY FOR THE MAINTANANCE. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK. M18 IP: Logged |

Thank for the advice Mustang, you are definetely right about some people responding quicker and better to creatine, I guess fortunately I respond good, I already see some results and it's only been about one week, I guess I will try 7 grams a day. Thanks for the input. Flex on this. IP: Logged |
