![]() ![]() ![]() LPC is also known as lysophosphatidylcholine. It apparently causes small holes to occur in the stomach and small intestine so that nutrients can pass through more readily. The problem with this is that this sets a person up for ulcerations of the gastrointestinal tract. I'm not saying that it will do it 100% of the time, but it is a risk. I'd be careful using this stuff...research has also shown it to cause many different types of cells to rupture. Sounds like a risky thing to me. The other thing I'm unclear about is that there are many different isomers (variations) of this compound (some more beneficial than others) and there's not much way of finding out which one is in the supplement you're thinking about taking. Use with caution, I guess that's what I'm trying to say. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I would try Bioperine or grapefruit juice instead. Both are safer. IP: Logged |
