I'm 18 6"3 bout 185 and been liftin for a couple years now...what do you guys reccomend for dosages on protein and what kind? Would there be anything else I'd need also??? thanks bro's

Try to get 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per day for each POUND of body weight. You could try creatine and see if it works for you. You're young so you don't need any serious supplementation yet. Just lift hard, eat right and get your sleep.

agree with luv2lift with doseage and creatine. I'd say get half from food, other half from shakes with some isolates and cassein. I recommend u go to proteinfactory.com and check them out.
