I am posting this message to see what others think of the new ATP advantage liquid creatine serum. Does it work. How is it best used? IP: Logged |

DUDE IN MY OPINION DON'T TRY IT. I TRIED IT 2 TIMES AND HAD NO RESULTS. IT DID NOT GIVE ME ANY EXTRA ENERGY OR ANYTHING. THEY SAY TO TAKE IT UNDER THE TOUNG AND LET IT SIT THERE UNTIL IT GETS INTO THE BODY. I HAVE HAD GREAT SUCCESS WITH THE POWDER CREATINE FROM PROLAB. IF YOU HAVE TIME GO TO WWW.AST-SS.COM THEY HAVE A STUDY THEY DID ON CREATINE SERUM. HOPE THIS HELPS. M18 [This message has been edited by MUSTANG_18 (edited August 07, 2000).] IP: Logged |

I wouldn't try it either. A buddy of mine tried it with NO results. I'm no chemist, but I've read recent info that states creatine can not be stable in liquid form, despite AST's claims. It turns to a useless waste product creatinine. IP: Logged |

Go to Ironmag.com. They have the industrial report on it and they say that about 90% of it is not creatine and in fact was creatinine, which is the by-product of creatine. IP: Logged |

This has been discussed so much. To answer your question simply: "Yes Creatine Serium is a piece of shit!" Hindustan ------------------ IP: Logged |
