Ok, Im a bit confused, Im 19 69 kilos 1.80 m I dont know my bf, but Im thin I have some fat arround my abs but not much, my problem is I want to gain muscle, just get toned and lean, I dont want to be huge just have my muscles tone and larger.
I dont know how many meals a day I should eat, Im eating a lot of protein, egg whites, cottage cheese, turkey breats, tuna, etc and I will start with protein shakes and creatine, but I dont know how often should I eat, I dont get hungry so its kind of a hassle I eat when Im not full not when Im hungry.
I will apreciate a lot if you can give me advice and examples of diets and how many shakes a day and creatine well hope to hear an answer soon thank you all.
I train 4 to 5 times a week and 20 minutes cardio.

WUZ UP
I JUST FINISHED A 3 MONTH CYCLE OF CREATINE AND GAINED 27 POUNDS BUT ABOUT 15 IS WATER. IT GAVE ME A VERY BLOATED AND SOFT LOOK SO I AM GOING TO TAKE DYMETRADINE BY AST TO CUT UP A BIT. AS FOR THE PROTEIN I TAKE ABOUT 2 GRAMS PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT AND I EAT ABOUT 5 MEALS A DAY. HOPE THIS HELPED YOU A BIT.

you need to eat at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight. Creatine, i wouldn't take it more than 2-3 months top. You need to drink b/w 1-2 gallons of water a day. Eat 6 meals a day. Make your protein powders half the protein supply, other half with food. Work out b/w 3-5 days a week with weight, other 2-4 cardio to lose some fat. Try not to spend more than an hour at the gym when u go, and work at high intensity pushing yourself to the max every time you go and you'll be able to accomplish goals.
