DUDE I HAVE BEEN ON CREATINE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND HADE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. I AM GOING OFF IT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO LET IT GET OUT OF MY SYSTEM AND AM GOING TO TRY DYMETRADINE TO GET CUT BECAUSE I GAINED ALOT OF WATER WEIGHT. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK! M18 IP: Logged |

Hair loss? No. Some folks hhave trouble with cramping, but incresing water intake and/or potassium intake will solve that. IP: Logged |

There aren't any real side effects. The only things I have heard of are cramping and possible strain on ligiments but that is staved by cycling on and off for equal periods of time ------------------ IP: Logged |

creatine is bad for your kidneys, that's why they tell you to drink at least a gallon of water a day. IP: Logged |
