guys i eat like a horse and i am currently in a mass cycle (my favorite) i do all the right things whey protein,creatine, multi vitamins,flax blah,blah,blah, my question is this..i also take xenadrine in the morning to get the blood flowin'and also the occasional inferno shake would i gain ,more size if i stopped the thermogenics???i use them for the rush and to take care of the incidental fat during my feeding frenzy. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i would stay away from thermogenics period during bulk. You want a rush? buy some caffeine pills but i would even stay away from that. Reality is you don't need them now. And if taken for a while you build tolerance and develop some side effects. Just use them while cutting. IP: Logged |

I'd stay away from the thermos if I was you. I've been using them for too long, now I'm hooked. Sometimes, they're the only thing I look forward to the next day. I'm going to try to stay off for a while. It's going to be hard. IP: Logged |

Agree with all the other posts, if you want a rush in the morning start on a high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet and only eat carbs for breakfast, it should give ya a good kick to start the day. IP: Logged |

that is kinda pointless...that is for loosing weight...do that in the cutting cycle...in the morning eat a BIG meal with everything i like eggs and a bagel or a shake..
