sour jerk Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 293)	posted August 04, 2000 12:19 AM i use both its good to use a variety of sources..i would also recommend you toss that gnc bottle unless it garantees the fish are from cold unpolluted waters..knockoff brands usually use fish from filthy polluted contaminated waters stay clear of cheap brands.. i only use carlson fish oil,the highest quality available IP: Logged
