Okay, I am confused. I have heard hundreds of different answers to these questions, please help me once and for all. 1.) l-glutamine vs. glutamine peptides. which is more easily absorbed and used by the body? 2.) Can you take either of these forms of glutamine with creatine and/or protein powder, or will it mess with the absorbtion? Also could you please post your personal experiences with the different forms of glutamine(if you noticed any difference) and taking them with creatine or protein powder. IP: Logged |

Ok, well, Glutamine peptides are more easily absorbed, and there should be no problem using with creatine, or protein powders. L-glutamine should be used on it's own. Personally, the price is way too high! I tried it for about a month or so, the first 2 days I felt a little more pumped, after, I lost the slight pump, and got nothing further, no faster recovery no strenght, no increased muscle mass, nothing... ------------------ IP: Logged |

glutamine peptides are more absorbed, but to be on the safe side i wouldn't combine glutamine and creatine, i read that they compete for same receptors. Creatine helps me gain weight half the time, other half it does nothing Glutamine speeds up my recovery time a lot! IP: Logged |
