![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() OK, I've lost all the weight I need to and am ready to bulk up a little, so I'm switching from adipo to creatine, along with all the other stuff I normally take (mrp's, glutamine, multi vitamin, flax seed oil) I'm taking a week off from the gymn because of a slight muscle pull and other circumstances, so I figure this would be a good time to cut down on my dosage of adipo from 2-3x2 times a day, to 1x2 times a day. Then stop come Monday and start the creatine. Is this OK, or am I missing a part of the transition formula? I've read a few times about a supp to help your body adjust to going off thermo's, but I can't remember what it was or how it worked. Any input would help. thnx. IP: Logged |
