I am post cycle right now.(Yesterday was my last cc of Stan). I started back on the creatine today. I am using Phosphagen HP during loading and will switch to plain Phosphagen with grape juice when loading is done. I had good results with this set up before my cycle. I usually take 10 to 15 grams daily after loading. Today I mixed three scoop full of HP into my big mug and added HOT water to it. The creatine and sugar mix dissolved totally. No grit, no sandiness. It tasted like hi-c fruit punch. My question is does this destroy the creatine?? Am I only drinking sugar water now?? If anyone has tried this let me know. If it does work just as well, I am switching to this forever!!! It just seems to have dissapeared into the water??!! IP: Logged |

I'm not sure what HOT water would do but I used to always used Warm( not hot enough to do damage if that's possible) water and juice to get that effect and it worked well. Now I just use any of the micronized stuff, it's cheep and mixes well in cold water. IP: Logged |

I heard that it's best to drink juice about 20 minutes after taking creatine, since creatine digests a lot slower than sugar. IP: Logged |

If I'm not mistaken I believe their was a test conducted in England where the participants in the study consumed their creatine with hot tea, so I don't think it would destroy it unless it were allowed to boil for a few minutes. IP: Logged |
