DHEA is a precursor to androstenedione. "Andro" is a precursor to testosterone. So DHEA is 2 steps away from T. DHEA was shown to maybe help older men maintain lean mass, but it could also lead to increased estrogen levels after the conversion to T. If you want to use a prohormome, use Androdiol (4AD) instead. It could be much more effective than DHEA ever will.

DHEA is garbage and you won't get any gains from it.. all you'd probably get is gyno. Get gear and train hard.

Unless you're over 40, it's worthless.

dhea is not only a precussor for test, it is also a precussor for almost all other hormones in the body i.e. estrogen, melatonin, seratonin, etc.. It is mainly recommended for people over forty as their production of these hormones can start to drop-off it will not really help your muscle gains.

In a nutshell, prohormones are a bad substitute to steroids - DHEA is a bad substitute to prohormones. |
